Perception matters, so does Time. What we might experience and what we shall be conscious of is deeply embedded in the responsibility of an architect.
And that is what I am pursuing.
Time is carried by material. Shadow moves and wood rots, then we see time. Architecture is as a container of time. No matter a continuous piece or a fragment, it brings time to us.
Event is not a result of space; Event interacts with space. When an event is introduced to the space, it brings different scenario, atmosphere and moment. New possibilities of reorganizing space is thus achieved.
How we view the ordinary? The trees, the bricks, the pavings; nothing is new under the sun. The perception of space and time becomes blunt. Retrospecting is urgent.
